Section 2 — Products
All products sold on ajwacreation.pk are:
- Unstitched embroidery suits for women and girls
- Available in lawn, silk, raw silk, chiffon, karandi, velvet and chinapatti fabrics
- Priced between PKR 2,000 to PKR 10,000
- Delivered all across Pakistan via Leopard Courier
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or update any product, price or description on our website at any time without prior notice.
Section 3 — Orders & Payment
Placing an Order
- Orders can be placed through our website ajwacreation.pk
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time
Payment
- All payments are accepted via online bank transfer only
- Payment must be made before order is dispatched
- Customer must send payment receipt as proof of payment
- Order will only be processed after payment confirmation
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement
- Cancellation requests must be made during business hours
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled
- Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email to request cancellation
Section 4 — Pricing
- All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Sale prices are only valid during the sale period
- We are not responsible for any pricing errors on the website
Section 5 — Delivery
- All orders are delivered via Leopard Courier across Pakistan
- Delivery time varies depending on location
- Delivery charges will be communicated at time of order
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service or circumstances beyond our control
- Customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery address and contact information
Section 6 — Returns & Exchanges

- Returns accepted within 48 hours of receiving order
- Only accepted for defective or wrong items with proof
- Exchange accepted within 48 hours for factory damaged items with proof
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Customer must provide photo or video proof for all return and exchange requests
